Container Loading Help
OPTION A
Load & Unload
We come to your location and load your U-Box tight and safe, then unload it at your new place. You coordinate with U-Haul to deliver the container to each location and return it to the U-Haul center.
OPTION B
Load Only
We load your U-Box at your location. You coordinate with U-Haul to deliver the container to you and pick it up when you're packed.
OPTION C
Unload Only
We unload your U-Box into your new place. You coordinate with U-Haul to deliver the container and return it. If your vehicle can tow a U-Box, you can transport it yourself.

Questions & Logistics
Do you drive the truck?+
No. Major Moves provides moving labor only — loading, unloading, and packing. You rent the truck or container from U-Haul, Penske, Budget, PODS, U-Box, or anyone you like, and we handle the heavy lifting.
How many hours do I need?+
Standard moves take 2–8 hours. Stairs, heavy or bulky items, disassembly, and special placement increase time. You can always add hours during the move.
Why a 2-hour minimum?+
A 2-hour minimum lets our crews make the job economically feasible so they can deliver quality work. You can add hours and additional services anytime.
What is a Payment Code?+
A 6-digit code that holds your prepaid funds in escrow until the job is complete and you're 100% satisfied. You release it to your helper when work is done.
Where can I find my Payment Code?+
On your receipt, in your confirmation email, inside your Customer Account, and via text message if you opted in to alerts when ordering.
What is Safeload®?+
A supplemental coverage option available from top-performing providers in your area, with multiple coverage limits so you can pick what fits your move.
