Delivery + Load or Unload
Near-full-service. We pick up your U-Box from U-Haul, deliver it, load or unload it under your direction, and return it. You skip the heavy lifting and the driving.
OPTION B
Delivery Only
We pick up your U-Box from the U-Haul center and deliver to you. You handle the loading or unloading. We pick it back up and return it. Two Payment Codes — one per leg.
OPTION C
Load or Unload Only
You handle U-Box transport to and from the U-Haul center. We come to your location, load or unload, and leave.

Questions & Logistics
How many hours do I need?+
Standard moves take 2–8 hours. Stairs, heavy or bulky items, disassembly, and special placement increase time. You can always add hours during the move.
Why a 2-hour minimum?+
A 2-hour minimum lets Service Providers make the job economically feasible so they can deliver quality work. You can add hours and additional services anytime.
What is a Payment Code?+
A 6-digit code that holds your prepaid funds in escrow until the job is complete and you're 100% satisfied. You release it to your helper when work is done.
Where can I find my Payment Code?+
On your receipt, in your confirmation email, inside your Customer Account, and via text message if you opted in to alerts when ordering.
What is Safeload®?+
